Moderate initial that does completely and leaves no lace. The liquid is nearly clear and has a raspberry juice color.
Sweet berry smell. Cherries and strawberries combined. Slightly sour but most similar to a fruit punch.
There’s a touch of salt like a Gose, after that, it’s sweet and tart in equal measures with plenty of background fruit. Refreshing and clean. I don’t get any blueberry but would describe the flavor as close to cranberry. Moderate body with a lower level of carbonation. No alcohol present despite the 7.5% abv.
I’m pleasantly surprised how good this is.
