Blooming Boulevard is a Witbier brewed with lemon peel and coriander seeds. The beer has been added chamomile, which together makes the experience soft, fresh and aromatic. Best enjoyed in thriving company!

Copenhagen 5/4 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. An edition made in collaboration with Kihoskh. Drawing of the little red riding hood slightly drunk and carrying a plastic bag with beers on the can.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles ad a thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with tart citrus and a touch of spice. Sweet pale malts. Sugar and lemonade. Citrus, Light whiff of coriander.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is a bit watery. Citrus and lightly sour. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin.
Could use a bit of intensity and vitamins. But pretty harmless.
