Frederiksberg 20/8 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of dark malts mingling with a candy-like sweet scent. Dark potent alcohol lurking. Dark roasted malts, caramel and toffee. Whiff of brown sugar. Sweet liqueur.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, soft, creamy, fat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong slightly boozy sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light salty tang. Lingering. Finish is potent sweet alcohol.
Sweet boozer with a salty streak.
