Bottled in brown bottle and purchased with a leisurely beer from Cafe Beermoth from their battleshop selection for the time of work what with the Easter Bank Holidays

Described as a "luscious and decadent ryewine," so I'm expecting sweetness, and this fits the bill. Primarily malt and caramel on the front palate, with more boozy heat that complements the peppery rye spice nicely towards the midpalate and finish. Reasonably complex and a nice evolution of flavor notes that emerge as it warms.
