Had this new at Tuning Burger in Budapest HU. Just out in this single hop IPA series.
Not too familiar with NZ hops but this one is quite similar to US hops. This aroma hop (or dual purpose?) is nice and citrusy but comes with some bitterness at the same time, as if you were eating grapefruits with the skin on. Nice, much better than Centennial from the same Bakancslista series, perhaps even more intensively dry hopped than any of the previous ones.
Altogether a good single hop IPA in the East Coast tradition, Rothbeer is getting better and better at brewing IPAs and for this purpose their Bakancslista series is the best guinea pig. Good job, way to go!
