Hazy orange color with off-white head. Aroma has lots of oniony hops, chives and caramelized cabbage. Taste has unripe fruit notes, a bit astringent, citrusy. Medium body with medium plus carbonation. Nice and hoppy with light to medium bitterness lingering on the finish.
