Again my expectations were too high... Rothbeer makes quite good beers most of the time, however this Amber Ale is a bit mediocre. Looks okay and smells okay too, although it has some sort of pungency to it, in contrast with the real American ones that are much rounder and sweeter. Then you have the taste which is way too dry for an Amber ale, dry and nearly tasteless... As many amazing Ambers I had the fortune to drink, strengthen me in my conviction of knowing how a really good Amber should be like... and this is unfortunately only a far cry. Maybe next time. Appreciate the effort though.
