hands down the best beer we had at old soul, and really the only one we tried from them that i would care to drink again without some tweaks being made. its a very well done gose, the right amount of tart without being too acidic, just enough to be refreshing, and very clean and refined in the lacto profile, more professional there than really anything else happening in this place. its light and bright and active in the glass, with a short but lasting white head on top, lots of bubbles, and a bright lemony tangy aroma, smells fresh and summery, an attractive hot weather quencher. the salt aspect is great in here too, drying out the wheat malt beautifully in the finish and giving an almost oceanic property to the taste, perfect for florida! good body here and almost crisp at the end with the dryness and the nice carbonation. lemon zest there at the end too from the lacto. definitely the best beer these guys had on when we visited, although the blackberry tart was also quite good. they seem to have the front end souring process pretty well down. recommended.
