Cool microbrewery with a great atmosphere. They usually have live music and food trucks. They also have a large grill you can use with your own food. The beer is really good. Also, they usually have three or four guest taps.

Greenville's only brewery, I'm happy to see the craft beer scene finally expand to the city! The brewery is on a "nano" scale. Extremely small batches, which allows them to experiment with anything and everything. They haven't been open long, so I anticipate that their tap lineup will be constantly evolving. They also feature a couple other NC beers as guest taps.
The brewery is located in a restored building in the Dickinson Ave district adjacent to the Dickinson Avenue Public House. The space is quite nice and the ambiance is great.
Although I'm happy to finally have a craft brewery in town, I think they have some work to do. In my opinion, the quality of their beer isn't quite there yet. I recently tried the three beers they had on tap: IPA, jalapeno pale ale, roggenbier. The IPA was likely made in the English style, so the hops weren't too assertive - bitter, but light on the aroma. The issue here was the malt backbone. There was a distinct "skunkiness" that detracted from the overall flavor. The jalapeno pale ale was enjoyable and their best offering. The roggenbier tasted like an extract wheat homebrew and wasn't great. The best beer the had on tap was the beer they didn't brew.
Overall, I'm excited to see craft brewing back in Greenville. I'm excited to see what these guys will do. Unfortunately, as of now, the overall quality of their beer is subpar. They are just starting and can only improve from here.
