A: okay; slightly hazed gold, little head or retention. Little visible carb.
S: sweet, sulfury, Pilsner malt. Some noble hop, not much.
T: sweet, bready malt, that German sulfur sourness. Floral noble hop lingers. Slightly astringent finish.
M: medium to full bodied, but with lager cleanness. Very, very good.
O: full bodied, clean and approachable lager with the traditional German sulfuryness. Love it and must revisit (revised on can review, is great with Mexican food) Would pair perfectly with food.
