I got a can of this beer from the Land Grant tap room. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had sweet malt notes and subtle citrus highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with more malt forward presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a decent beer.

This was an interesting beer, in that none of it made a whole lot of sense but I liked it. The pour looks like your basic pilsner-style, translucent with a slighty more foamy head. It smells like a hefe, very wheaty and sweet. It tastes like a farmhouse/saison style though, and a good one at that. Would recommend to fans of farmhouses and hefeweizens.
