An "imperial pilsner" on tap at CMH airport in Columbus Ohio.
Slightly hazy pale amber body with a good white head. Very good retention and excellent laving.
Mild aroma with more grains than hop notes. Suggests some sweetness and that is just what hits the tongue, although it finishes mildly bitter. The base pilsner gets lost here with the additional sugars used to raise the ABV, Hops don't really come out until the finish and aftertaste.
Lively medium-light carbonation in a medium body.
Overall: off-style but not bad.
