From the 12 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude!
This solid helles pours a luminous amber tinged golden with a nice
head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thick clumping layer, and
displays some excellent white soapy lacing. Nose of breaded malts, herbal
hops, and light cereal grains. Flavors hit the mark with cereal grains and light
breaded malts dashed in herbal hop, grassy hops, and honey sweet malts.
Mouth feel is medium, medium light carbonation, smooth, refreshing, and
finishing with a lightly bitter hop and sweet honey malt balanced finish that
is moderately dry.
Overall, excellent standard!
Cheers

12 ounce can, no dating I could find on it but think this was canned in November 2023 as part of the Land Grant University Classic Styles variety pack. Served in a Land Grant pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with about an inch or so frothy white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. The brew smells like bready/grainy malt along with some earthy/herbal hops. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also a hint of grassiness noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, worth a try if you get the chance!

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a some lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with subtle biscuit presence. The mouthfeel was lighterin body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
