Unfiltered pilsner brewer with heritage pilsner malts. Hopped with Tettnang and Saaz and fermented with our house lager yeast. Clean and classic.

Light gold pour, little bit of haze, healthy white foam on the top. Nose is sweet herbs.
Taste shares Pils malt, herbal hops (in the oregano range), light apple kiss, mild grassiness. Light mouthfeel. Finish brings crisp herbal bitterness with some length. Nicely balanced pils.

Enjoyed the day it hit the taps. Czech Pilsner, in all its glories. Light aroma but ooh so hoppy and crisp. Lots of grassy hops hit the palate with each sip. Love it!
