16oz can, no date. Opened 6-23-23.
3 finger off white head with excellent retention. Bronzy gold with good clarity. Early thick, sticky lacing.
Classic citrus, grapefruit, pine, menthol and floral aroma combo.
Piney bitter hops up front, grapefruit rind with a light caramel flavor under it all.
Medium body and carbonation with a prickly mouthfeel, bitter hop punch and a long, dry finish.
Classic WCIPA.
