Viking Witbier w/ Cara Cara Orange
This witbier has a sturdy base of German Pilsner w/ German White Wheat & Spelt. An early dawn raiding by Citra & Citra Cryo is followed by a horde of Cara Cara Oranges unleashed into the melee and then all unified into formation by Norwegian Kveik yeast. This is our modern take on a classic style.
