Brewed at Oddwood, TAIGA is a pale German pils base hopped up proper with Simcoe Cryo. To infuse the spirit of the forest, we steeped the the beer with fresh Rocky Mountain spruce tips, ponderosa pine needles, and fir tips from Spruce On Tap. Doubling down on the forest flavors, we threw in some XJ13 terpenes from Abstrax Tech on the cold side. The resulting beer is loaded with complex notes of pine, sap, resin, and good ol’ fashioned grapefruit.
