Collaboration with Hold Out Brewing. Smooth, smoky, spacey. We took our traditional German Helles Rauchbier and cranked it up to 11. We substituted the German Beechwood Smoked Malt for a blend of American Cherry, Peach, and Pecan Wood Smoked Malt.
