Paragon Pils was brewed with Czech pils malt, hopped with Saaz hops, fermented with our house lager yeast, and lagered for months in our horizontal tanks. “Paragon” presents the crackery malt and spicy Saaz hop profile we all know and love while still finishing super crisp and clean.
