Collaboration with Pinthouse Brewing
We settled on the traditional trio of Magnum, Sterling, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops layered on a Weyermann Pilsner malt base. We’re pouring up balanced notes of effervescent citrus, complex spice, and the quintessential herbal character that we search for in a pilsner.

Clear light gold pour, finger if white foam atop. Nose is floral and herbal.
Taste sees herbal bitterness, cracker, little citrus with zest, Pils, faint floral notes. Light mouthfeel. Finish is spicy, dry, and bitter with decent length.
This one really rocks the herbal bitterness!
