On draft. Milky, cloudy pale straw with plenty of white frothiness that sticks around for awhile. Spot on look for the style. Love that this was brewed in the traditional method of letting the bacteria on the grain do the souring. Speaking of sourness, it is just about right, firm up front but with a soft finish. Minimal funk, just clean tartness on a grainy, very wheaty base that gives the beer a very substantial body given the ABV. An excellent example, not the most sour but pretty much right in line with more traditional examples. Could do with just a bit more funky complexity.
