Pours a hazed butterscotch color with 2 fingers of beige colored head. Stays a little hazed, nice lacing and head retention
S: Bready, a little breadfruit, cattiness once warm
T: Pinesap, weedyness, a little grapefruit, some breadyness up front. Woody and piney hops rule as this warms, along with some more cattiness. Finishes piney/catty with a little dryness and grapefruit, some woody hops as well
MF: fairly cakey, with pretty firm carbonation, nice balance
Great drinkability, another good/great beer from these guys!
