Pours a hazed honey color with 2 fingers of pearl colored head. Some head retention & lacing
S: Wet hay, citrus peel
T: Mango, funkyness, orange peel & grapefruit up front. Dryness, a touch Brett funk, grapefruit & mango once warm, a little pineapple as well, some dryness as well. Finishes with a little Brett, mango & orange peel, just a little dryness
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, but enough to push the flavors along
Very drinkable, good showcase of Brett, Citra & Mosaic. A very unsung brewery out of Oklahoma
