500ml bottle served in a tulip. Pours a lovely straw gold with a translucent clarity and a loose, half inch, bright white head that quickly dissipates. Nose expresses notes of Brett and green apples. Taste follows nose; however, flavors come off a bit watered down. Mouthfeel is light in body with a bright carbonation, a mild acidity and a watery consistency. Overall, not much complexity; however, it makes a nice entry level introduction to the style.
