16oz. can served in a Spiegelau pilsner glass. Pours a hazy, burnished gold with a tight, one inch, bright white head. Copious tiny bubbles are present effervescing in-solution. Nose is clean and grassy with a hint of lemon. Taste follows nose. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, even carbonation and a nice creaminess to the texture. Overall, really enjoyable and refreshing. Nice job!
