500ml. bottle served in a tulip. Pours a dull mahogany hue with a loose, 1/8th inch, off-white head the quickly dissipates into a tight band around the shoulders and bubbly froth across the center. Nose expresses vinous notes, almost akin to grape juice, followed by herbal notes at the back. Taste consistent with nose with the addition of a slight tartness across the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light in body with a mild acidity and a light carbonation. Overall, not particularly complex for a Wild Ale although ABV is very will-hidden.
