Orangish, pale gold colored body. A vigorous pour yields two fingers of off white head, and this dissipates to a thin cap and ring. Leaves behind some spots and small webs of lacing.
Aroma is typical of a kettle sour with the addition of strawberry. The rhubarb is very faint.
Taste is lemon and lime sour, with the slightly more sweet strawberry. The rhubarb provides more tartness. Tails off quickly in the aftertaste to a lemon sour.
Medium mouth feel. Not a tooth scraper but moderately drying. Good carbonation.
