This year we’re very excited to work with Best Coffee Roasters for Coffee Comrade (2017). Jerad and the team at Vesta selected Angel Mountain El Salvadorian. The coffee amplifies the creamy body and brings a honey sweetness, with bakers chocolate on the nose. The coffee gives a strong fresh roasted coffee note to the beer.

Taster at brewery. Big coffee aroma, pure and simple. Near black pour with ring of head. Taste features both the coffee and roast malt bitterness, but doesn’t come across as a RIS. Thin. Dark and bitter.
