Pours black with a subtle red hue at a particular angle with a finger or two of foam reducing into soapy lacing as you enjoy. Smell is bourbon, roasted oak, peanut butter chocolate, and molasses. Taste follows suit with peanut butter and bourbon taking center stage although this isn’t described by the brewer as a peanut butter stout I definitely picked up that flavor throughout the tasting. Feel is full and creamy but also sharp and very enjoyable. I loved it.
