Pours an amber/red hued translucent. A finger of amber head retaining for a few sips and reducing to stringy lacing. Smell is earth, caramel, honey, and roasted malts. Taste follows suit with the malt/bread taking center stage with some sweet caramel back end and some earthy grass notes following up. Feel is crisp but velvety and very well balanced and delicious.
