Faintly hazy + bubbly with a bright yellow color to it and pours with a dangerous amount of light + foamy, white colored head that has a good retention to it and leaves loads of patchy lacing on the glass.
Very aromatic, with a nice suggestion of a tropical beach, ripe pineapple, hints of mangoes and fragrant coconut notes.
Slight tangy pineapple flavor forward with lingering notes of pine to it and a load of aromatic and slightly oily tasting coconut bitterness that keeps the sweetness of the pineapple balanced without clinging to the palate. Very light bodied with a very high amount of carbonation to it and a light sweetness to its cracker like malt base with a faintly sodium quality to it giving it a slight softness to it. Finishes with a dryish, lightly bitter piney, herbal hop flavor to it that doesn't quite work with the pina colada flavors on the front end.
Aside from the slight hop flavor on the finish breaking the theme, this is not a bad summer beer, light, easily crushable and slightly different, fruity without being too sweet, with a very pleasing aroma.
