BLACK & GOLD IMPERIAL STOUT
ABV 8.0%
An Imperial Stout brewed with deep flavours of oak and cognac.
An Imperial Stout fit for royalty. This beer has commanding flavours of oak and cognac paired with notes of dark roast coffee and vanilla. Aromas of fig, dark cherry, and chocolate paired with a full, velvety mouthfeel give the beer layers of complexity. With a higher ABV and deep, intense flavours, this beer is not for the faint of heart.

Moody Ales 'Black & Gold' Imperial Stout @ 8.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a dark cola brown from the can to near black in the glass with a small size tan head leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-hints of oak & cognac thru-out
T-big & boozy Imperial stout , some smoothness , slight bitter coffee swallow
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
