Nothing terribly exciting about this one. A little too thin on the plate for me

This is a local beer for me. I picked up a keg from the brewery and have in on tap.
L- Poors with a thin head. Amber to copper in color. Medium lacing on the glass.
S- Oat, honey, toast, cognac
T- Presents first with crisp effervescence and deep caramel. Body has burnt sugar, heavy toasted oat, cream of wheat and medium bitterness.
F- Light mouth feel with lingering finish of oats and toast in the back of the mouth.
O- Light on the bitterness for an ESB but great overall. Dark enough to have good body but not too dark. Could be slightly more hoppy.

Pours a half finger on a clear dark straw body.
The aroma is grain and lemon.
The taste is a dull moderate lemon bitterness backed up by caramel sweetness.
The texture is crisp with medium body.
It's nice and flavorful.
