Azacca Hops are the main protagonist of Azacca Morris IPA. With intense tropical aromas and flavored, Azacca Morris is a charming schemer who demonstrates a flair for citrus and very ripe mango, with notes of orchard fruit (pears, apples) and pine needles throughout.

Aroma is medium pine, sugar/candy and hops. The flavor is citrus/fruit, mild hop resin, grapefruit and a long mix of dry and bitter/slight sweetness in the finish.

Had it on tap at Norse Bar in Edgewater, Chicago. A light copper color with a tight white head. Scent is strong and fruity: sweet pineapple and peach. Taste is similar and the texture is kind of oily yet crisp. My only complaint is that after the first 6 oz. or so the beer becomes a bit cloying. Still, very solid and I will try it again.

Brilliant clarity with some head retention. Huge aroma of pineapple and citrus. The hops carry over very well into the flavor with some herbal and earthy notes to balance the tropical and citrus fruit flavors. Another great offering from a local Chicago brewery.

Poured from a bomber into a tulip. Pours a clear pale copper color. Head remains and lacing down the glass. Pineapple/citrus/pine aromas. Taste at first is sweet and mellow then finishes with a dry hoppy bitter taste. That transition is great and may be the azacca hops. Not too familiar with them. Overall a solid IPA that I would drink again.
