One off cask treatment for the Green Lady.
Murky light brown, thin string of clustered bubbles around the edges. No lace.
Yeasty aroma, pepper and phenolics, with a slight Brett note of wet hay. Not getting the basil or apricot.
Taste is lightly tart, peppery dry bitter finish with trace Brett yeast. Slight herbal basil note as it warms. Nearly flat due to the cask and heavy yeast presence. Overall it was pretty good.
