Our lounge-only pale ale is very very fluffy. All that body comes from the oats, wheat and lactose we add when brewing. Oh, we hop the crap out of it too. And yes, it's double dry hopped. Duh! Expect bright citrus notes, with waves of mango, papaya, guava & fruit punch. (Motueka and Cashmere hops)

Had on tap. I have to talk about the taste first, because this pale ale is bursting with flavor. Straw like dry hops complimented beautifully with an arrangement of mellow fruits. So much going on, hard to nail all down, melon, lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, hibiscus or something floral. The body also starts a little heavy and then swoops up the palate to a nice light, dry, and refreshing finish.
