Our golden ale brewed with cinnamon, vanilla, coffee and hundreds of pounds of graham crackers is back! It's a mind-blower so be careful.

Taste: sweet, graham crackers, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, creamy, milky mouthfeel. Same with the nose. Warm golden hue, unfiltered, with delicate head and rings of lace.Medium body. Pastry dessert ale with many flavors going on.

Had on tap. A delightful dessert ale for the warmer months! Dark golden with a thin cap of white foam. Smells sweet: vanilla, tons of graham cracker, slight coffee, cinnamon, and marshmallow. Taste is the same with the malt being like pie crust, tons of vanilla, carmael, and slight coffee especially. Feel is bright as a blonde should be with decent textures and weight from the graham crackers. The wife liked it

Tasted in a Craft Master glass from draft at Maplewood Lounge on March 18, 2018. Brewed with coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, lactose and graham crackers. Interesting blonde breakfast pastry beer.
