A modest grain bill of pale pilsner and wheat malts with a grandiose hop bill of lupulin powder from Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops BUT that's not it, we also added pure hop extract from mosaic hops. The Dr. is brimming with such vivid tropical flavor and aroma the first sip will drive you to brink of insanity!

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Beer Bazaar on August 19, 2018. Smell and taste are above average, but it lacks haze and the feel is watery. Not my favorite from Maplewood.
