Had on tap. The smell is peach and oak forward, with the contrasting juiciness of the peach and the dryness of the wood starring. The taste adds some earthy and sour tones, with a decently tart finish. Little more frothy than usual for style, but work with the oak and peach mixture. Very nice

Draft at the brewery, served in a stemmed tulip.
Ample foam, lasting surface coverage and spotty lacing.
Great oaky aroma with dry peach essence coming through.
Peach, oak, dill, ample wild barrel character, moderately tart.
Medium bodied with effervescent carb levels, bone dry finish.
Overall this is really nice, more woody than other local foederbiers.
