The third installment of our Brut IPA series hit its stride with the addition of 650 pounds of Apricots! The dry body of the beer allows for all the bold flavors of the fruit and Motueka & Moteure hops to shine.

Pours an opaque bright orange with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma hits notes of apricot, tangerine, and citrus with a dry finish. Flavor profile is big notes of ripe, fleshy apricot, with tangible tangerine, and crisp citrus behind. It has a dry finish, with a little fleshy apricot lingering. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a soft texture. Overall, big apricot notes layered over quality tangerine and citrus with a huge, dry finish amount to a tasty beer that doesn't linger long.

Tasted in a tall tulip from draft at Kuma's Corner Vernon Hills on November 20, 2018. Brewed with 650 pounds of apricots and Motueka and Moteure hops. The dry body of the beer allows for all the bold flavors of the fruit to shine.
