This insanely thick and robust beast is dripping with all the accouterments of the perfect s'more! Layer by layer the flavors pop and become more complex. Those flavors are unexpectedly complimented with subtle coffee notes from a blend of beans hand picked with Chicago’s Metric Coffee.

2019 vintage. Crowler filled 9/17/20; drank 9/20/20 @ the Yarchives.
Black appearance.
A violent pour yielded a small tan head; strong, frothy lace.
Graham cracker, milk chocolate & vanilla notes in the nose...wow, it really smells like a S'more!
There's actually a hint of strawberry in there, too.
Thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Graham cracker, vanilla & milk chocolate flavors up front; faint strawberry notes on the finish. FAINT booze heat emerged as this warmed, but overall you need to be careful with the ABV.
A real pastry treat; it nailed the S'more character, added a fruity sweetness for good measure and didn't burn out my palate in a cloying manner. For those with a sweet tooth, there's much to enjoy here.
