Pours a murky grapefruit colored beer with moderate head which vanishes quickly. Aroma is key lime through and through. Taste is sour (sour!) and key lime, baby! One feels ones' insides pucker from the inside out. Some mild marshmallow and perhaps a hint of graham cracker present. If there's any vanilla at all, it may come in at the extreme end of the taste. Maybe. Enjoy cold and with something sweet to balance.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Beer Bazaar on May 13, 2019. A sour ale with a ton of key limes, graham crackers, vanilla and lactose. Like drinking a tart slice of key lime pie.

On tap at the brewery. Look is medium orange and slightly hazy. Smell sugar cookie. Taste is a face punch of tart lime, bright fruit by acidic. I don’t get the sugar cookie from the nose in the taste. The lime just hangs all the way. Feel is slightly creamy, mild carb. Overall a fantastic beer as a tart lime bomb. Personal preference would be to have more sweet come though the back end, but that is just a nit. Not sure I could handle more than one however.
