Sampled in a taster glass from draft at Maplewood Brewery & Distillery on May 19, 2019. A collaboration with St. Errant Brewing. This double IPA is not boiled prior to fermentation. This allows for more proteins to reach the final beer, which results in ax extra lush and silky mouthfeel. Double dry-hopped with Citra cryo, Mosaic cryo, Amarillo cryo and some Galaxy for good measure. Expect huge tropical and citrusy hop flavor and aroma.
