This insanely thick and robust stout is brewed with chocolate, vanilla and Strawberry. Those flavors are unexpectedly complimented with subtle coffee notes from a blend of beans hand picked with Chicago’s Metric Coffee.

Canned 7/29/20; drank 8/2/20 @ the Yarchives.
Black appearance. A rough pour yielded a big dark tan head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Strawberry, vanilla, mild milk chocolate & faint dark roast coffee bean notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Strawberry & milk chocolate flavors up front; dark roast coffee bean, faint vanilla & mild booze heat notes on the finish.
It hits the Neapolitan notes, but it's a bit too harsh with the boozy finish. Good, not great.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Consume on September 11, 2019. Thick and robust stout is brewed with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Those flavors are unexpectedly complimented with subtle coffee notes from a blend of beans hand picked with Chicago’s Metric Coffee. Highly recommended.

Wow! Nose is amazing out of the crowler. Strawberry dominate and vanilla to follow, Taste starts vanilla and chocolate, then plenty of strawberry to follow. Creamy and full mouthfeel. Outstanding brew from Roger!
