Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on December 10, 2019. Brewed in collaboration with Hacienda Beer Company. A Double dry-hopped double IPA that was brewed with Wisconsin blueberry blossom honey and left unboiled prior to fermentation. By not boiling the wort they allow more volatile oils and proteins (from the hops, honey and grain) to make it to the finished beer. Double dry-hopped with Mosaic and Julius hops.

Canned 11/20/19; drank 12/1/19 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy yellow/orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a HUGE white head; frothy, tree-rung lace.
Lemon, wheat, banana & mild honey notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Soft wheat, lemon & banana flavors up front; mild honey notes on the finish. No booze heat.
A great mouthfeel & above average flavor on this one. Worth a quaff.

Wow, this is very impressive from Maplewood. Brewed in collaboration with Hacienda Beer Co. it's a hazy New England brewed with blueberry blossom honey. It smells like your normal DIPA and with it being fresh, it has a great aroma. It was canned 11/20. I don't know the hops used so maybe it's the honey that gives it a unique flavor that I'm loving. The mouthfeel is super soft and full. I'm super impressed with this beer and look forward to the next Maplewood I try.
