This is an odd one to review. Yes it has foeder oak tartness molding it all, but it is sweet and highly carbonated, odd. Besides feel the taste has a remarkable shift between cherry and the peach, goes from one to completely the other. Where the nose melds them together. Kind of like a soda honestly. A light hearted wild ale with some snappiness

Canned 10/25/19; drank 11/28/19 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy red/orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big, noisy white head which quickly dissipated; no lace.
Tart cherry, oak, mild peach & honeyed grain notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tart cherry, oak, honeyed grain & some funky peach notes.
A bit too tart for me, but it's blended pretty well and I enjoyed it. Worth a quaff, for sure.

I love the cherry and peach notes. It’s pretty tart, so be prepared for that. Lots of flavor and complexity. The taste of the beer stays on your tongue for so long and changes which is amazing. Can’t wait to get the next in their series.
