A rich and decadent high gravity stout brewed with two different varities of chocolate for a complex and deep cocoa profile. The addition of vanilla and lactose bring out notes of fresh baked fudge.

Pours a dark black with a foamy tan head. The aroma has dark chocolate and coffee notes. The mouthfeel is somewhat sweet and sticky. The beer itself has coffee and dark chocolate flavors that are nicely balanced out by the vanilla and lactose used to make the beer. This one is nicely balanced and it’s so smooth it disguises the 10% abv. Great beer!

MOP Extra Fudge lives up to its name and delves deep into the chocolatey abyss. It is very dark and rich, but not too high on gravity. The downfall here is the aftertaste of alkaline which I'm guessing is from cocoa powder.

Darkest beer I have ever had. I held up to light and cannot see any light through it. Smooth rich taste. Very thick

Chocolate up front but not too sweet. Dryer finish than I expected. Over a great stout that I will buy again.

Shimmering midnight black body with a finger of dark brown foam. Smells strongly of fudge, with supporting vanilla, roasted malt, and a touch of barley. Taste leads with fudge and vanilla before the malt, caramel, and slightly earthy roast comes in. Not decadent or super sweet, seems like a throwback classical dessert stout. Feel is super malty, smooth, and fudgy, but stays out of being too heavy or sticky.

16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of chocolate, vanilla and caramel. Sweet but not overly sweet with chocolate, vanilla and some coffee-like notes.

Canned 12/13/19; drank 12/29/19 @ the Yarchives.
Black appearance.
A violent pour yielded a HUGE dark khaki head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Chocolate syrup, cream & mild raspberry notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Dark chocolate, cream & faint raspberry flavors; no booze heat.
Sweet, certainly, but not bad!
