Taproom Draft Notes: Day Zero Tapping. Freshly Kegged this morning! This is our super fresh, juicy, double dry hopped love letter to Savro hops. Hives notes of citrus, coconut, and overripe tropical fruit.

Appearance: 16 oz pour into a narrow nonic glass. Milky white orange juice base, thick like a shake, bright white head leaves soapy laving and a razor thin cover over the base. Really nice. 4.5

Aroma: pure orange juice, notes of coconut, pineapple and tangerine back well. Full and enticing. 4.25

Taste: Consistent with aroma, tang orange leaf, with OJ pulp flavor, pineapple and coconut lighter here, all blend very well. Freshly squeezed and delicious. 4.5

Mouthfeel: Nice hop bitterness balances the swee flavors well. 8% ABV well masked, drinks light and easy. Medium plus body boosted by sweetness, light but persistent carbonation,. Coconut comes out strong as this warms, absolutely delicious. Citrus coconut Battle Royale on the finish. 4.5

Overall: Sabro haters gonna hate. Sabro lovers gonna love. This beer is awesome, as is Maplewood for hosting Pulaski Day! Dobze Dobze!! 4.5

Very distinct, like nothing else I had, at least not recently. Lots of fruit

 

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left some lacing on the glass. It smelled of peach, coconut, orange and pineapple with some caramel sweetness. Very tropical tasting with toasted caramel and a zippy bitterness.

 

Our juicy, double dry hopped love letter to Sabro hops. Huge notes of citrus, coconut and overripe tropical fruit.

Pale hazy yellow, one finger white foam cap

Aroma is orange citrus , coconut

Taste is coconut, orange citrus

Semi dry

Good beer
