Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (30% clarity) light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of dank and resinous melon, berries, tropical fruit. Dank and resinous, but not piney.
Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors of tropical melon and tropical berries. Mildly sweet. Dank, resinous, flavorful
Feel: Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Appropriate mouthfeel. (4.00)
Compared to Hubbard's Cave Drippin' Dew 9/26/22: Pours a lighter color, milder aromas. More tropical berry and melon. Less resinous peach, plum, and cantaloupe.
Overall: Really a fantastic NEIPA. I shouldn't have expected anything less here. Tons of Mosaic flavors. Tropical berries and melen. Juicy, tropical without being too dank. Mosaic is not easy to get right, but this one does it. All-around a fantastic NEIPA. It's top tier quality, but takes a level of understanding to appreciate this one. (Rating: 4.20+)
