We teamed up with the Binny's Beverage Depot team to brew a big, hazy Double IPA. The Binny's crew chose the hops and we built the malt bill around their selections. A southern-hemisphere combo of Motueka, Vic Secret, and Riwaka provide ripe and gigantic tropical notes of Papaya, pineapple, and mango, with some lime-heavy citrus around the edges.
